The First Leather Shoe Industry National Technical Pformation Project Settled In Hengda.

Recently, the technical innovation project of "antibacterial, deodorizing and purifying shoes production line" developed by Hengda Group has been listed as a key support project by the national development and Reform Commission. It has become the first national technological pformation project in China's leather shoes industry.

With the development of the global footwear industry towards specialization, socialization and environmental protection, the resource consumption disadvantage of China's footwear industry is highlighted.

China's footwear industry, which is at the lowest end of the industrial chain, urgently needs to vigorously implement technological pformation and scientific and technological innovation, promote industrial structure optimization and upgrading, and pform it into a technology intensive fashion industry.

As the vice chairman of the China Leather Association, Hengda Group has long taken technological innovation as the top priority of its work, putting 5.6% of its sales revenue into research and development every year, and has accumulated rich scientific research results.

305 national patent technologies and 27 national standards have witnessed the strength of enterprises in technological innovation.

Relying on the strong scientific research strength of enterprises, Hengda Group focuses on the goal of "promoting social employment, stimulating economic growth and adjusting the industrial structure". According to the national industrial revitalization plan, we have implemented the "bacteriostatic odor purification shoe production line technology pformation project".

The project has realized the industrialized operation of high value added footwear products through the use of four technologies, namely, antibacterial, deodorizing and purifying shoes technology, leather seamless bonding technology, space waterproof and breathable technology, glass fiber and rubber anti-skid sole materials.

It is understood that the above four technologies are the proprietary technology developed by Hengda Group. They have won provincial and national awards many times, and have reached the international leading level through the provincial scientific and technological achievements and new technology appraisal.

Among them, leather seamless bonding technology can increase the utilization ratio of raw materials to over 17%. After popularizing the technology in the whole country, according to the 1.5 square feet of each pair of shoes and 9 billion pairs of leather shoes in the whole country, the annual leather material can reach 2 billion 290 million square feet, and the gross leather output per square cow is 40 square feet (equivalent to 57 million heads of cattle). According to the 25 yuan per square foot skin, the annual savings can reach 57 billion 300 million yuan.

The technology can also be widely applied to leather products such as luggage, clothing, sofa, car seat and so on. It has made great contributions to building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society. It has won the "three prize of science and technology inventions of China Light Industry Federation".

The "space waterproof and breathable technology" uses self developed space stitching technology to integrate the new thermoplastic elastomer polyurethane (TPU) material, so that the product can achieve double functions of waterproof and breathable. It has won the honor of "the two prize of science and technology progress of Shandong province".

The technology of antibacterial, deodorizing and purifying shoes and the antiskid sole material mixed with glass fiber and rubber have passed two provincial scientific and technological achievements and new technology appraisal, all of which have reached the international leading level.

Related experts said that the implementation of the "bacteriostatic odor purification shoe production line" project has broken the current situation of homogenization of products in the industry, and is a technological pformation and upgrading to the safety, comfort and health care functions of shoes products.

Through the new factory building, the project can optimize the integration of Hengda Group's technology, talents and main production equipment, and it can produce 8 million pairs of antibacterial, deodorizing and purifying shoes.

After the completion of the project, it will become a professional factory with antibacterial products, advanced technology, advanced equipment and a certain scale advantage. It will play an important role in promoting social employment, stimulating economic growth and improving the overall level of shoe production in China.
