How Do Stocks Liquidate Prices?

2010/7/26 17:49:00 45

The liquidation price of a stock is the actual value represented by each share once the stock company has gone bankrupt or closed down.

Theoretically, the share price of a share should be consistent with the book value of the stock, but when the enterprise is bankrupt and liquidated, its property value is calculated based on the actual selling price, and its selling price will generally be lower than the actual value when disposing of the property.

Therefore, the clearing price of stocks will not be consistent with the net value of stocks.

The clearing price of stocks is only used as a basis for determining the stock price in liquidation of a joint stock company because of bankruptcy or other reasons for the loss of the legal person qualification. It has no meaning in the issue and circulation of shares.
