Reporter: when did you get in touch with colored spun yarn? What kind of gains did you get from your first business with colored spun yarn? How do you know that?

Qiu Wenfu: I learned about colored spinning in the late 90s of last century. At that time, colored spun yarn aroused my curiosity, and then I paid attention to the market information of colored spun yarn. After several years, I entered the textile industry. After my friend's introduction, I began to cooperate with the manufacturers, and the colored spinning yarn should be used in the R & D design of clothing products.

At the launch of the first colored spinning garment product, many customers were very satisfied with our products, and many customers saw the first time colored spinning products. Its rich color and soft handle were impressive and had great market potential.

Interviewer: how do you feel the change of colored spinning products? What are the aspects of the enhancement of its fashion competitiveness?

Qiu Wenfu: colored spun yarn was originally started from the blending of small black polyester and raw cotton. Since it was a new product at that time, the demand for yarn color, neps and coloured dots was not high. With the recognition of its unique appearance and wearability, the market demand for colored spun yarn is increasing.

Of course, the colored spun yarn can show many colors on the same yarn, and its color is rich, full and soft. The fabric made of colored spun yarn has a hazy stereo effect, which is quite in line with the current trend of clothing consumption.

Reporter: from the beginning of color spinning to the present, how do you think the use of colored spun yarn in clothing? Is there any change in its application area?

Qiu Wenfu: I used to think that colored spun yarn was only applied to ordinary fabrics. But in recent years, the yarn dyed wool like fabrics and the products blended with antistatic fibers have appeared one after another.

The process characteristics of "first dyeing and after spinning" can shorten the production process of the later processing enterprises, and respond to the market demand quickly, thus being more competitive than the traditional yarns, representing the development trend of the yarn industry.

Reporter: how do you see the market prospect and value of the colored spinning industry?

Qiu Wenfu: I think the color spinning products are fashionable, environment-friendly, multi variety, small batch and fast delivery characteristics, so that they have high added value. Color spinning can also control the chromatic aberration to the greatest extent.

In addition, the colored spun yarn breaks the boundary of the industry and realizes the free blending of various raw materials such as cotton, linen, wool, silk and chemical fiber.

Colored spun yarn is in line with the development trend of modern clothing and the requirement of low carbon manufacturing.

In the future, with the improvement of people's living standard and the pursuit of natural color, the proportion of colored spun yarn in textile fabrics will gradually increase.
