As a matter of fact, in every year's newly created brand, there are only a few people who can really stand on their feet and continue to develop. Every successful brand and every successful enterprise always has a group of supporting enterprises. Such a system is flexible and integrated with strength and efficiency. Instead of completely changing the existing international trade and international production system, we need to change the direction of the proceeds of the system. If the processing trade is spanformed and upgraded, 100% of our enterprises will make OEM for overseas companies and overseas brands. If the scale of export has not been reduced after the spanformation, the share of the world market has not declined, and 95% companies are still doing OEM, but 80% of the volume is to make OEM for Chinese companies and Chinese brands. Therefore, in the process of spanformation and upgrading of processing trade, the government should not force all enterprises to take the road of creating their own brands, nor can they all create their own brands, but should do their best according to their own conditions. Enterprises that have accumulated enough strength can build their own brands in the domestic and foreign markets, and do not have the corresponding strength of enterprises. The government should promote and encourage them to support and OEM processing of powerful independent brand enterprises, and embrace the whole world.

Secondly, from traditional labor-intensive products to products with high technology and capital content, they are not equal to allowing these traditional processing links to drain overseas. Because China's regional economic development is not balanced, even the development of Guangdong province is very uneven. These links which have lost comparative advantage in Dongguan and Shenzhen may still have vitality in other less developed areas. In view of the current new round of international industrial redistribution process, many developing countries are closely monitoring the opportunities of industrial spanfer in China's coastal areas. We must combine the upgrading of processing trade with the spanfer of domestic industries. Not long ago, I visited the industrial spanfer park in Qingyuan and Zhaoqing in Guangdong. Third, the spanformation and upgrading of processing trade must be combined with the promotion of human resources. To achieve the upgrading of human resources, we need to improve the treatment of workers. Practically speaking, the reputation of the PRD and the whole Guangdong in this respect is not as good as that of the Yangtze River Delta, so that it has the greatest impact on the "shortage of migrant workers" in recent years. I sincerely hope that there will be substantial improvement in Guangdong. It should be noted that even if the needs of enterprises' self promotion are not considered, the increase of wage income of workers is not simply a cost expenditure, but a drive to create a batch of new industries through consumption.

Fourth, we must further play the role of domestic enterprises. Even if we spanfer part of the production links, we should give priority to domestic spanfer so as to retain the root.

Fifth, export to domestic sales not only helps enterprises improve market stability, but also helps to improve national welfare, because the quality of many processed trade export products is much higher than that of similar products in the domestic market. However, at present, the domestic circulation is not standardized, and no guarantee has been made, which has become one of the biggest obstacles to export to domestic sales.
