Recently, the Swedish textile recycling company re:newcell AB announced that the company's new cotton recycling mode will revolutionize the fashion industry, and truly achieve efficient use of resources.

At present, the company has begun to build demonstration plants.

According to Fibre2Fashion, re:newcell AB is using new technology to pform jeans, T-shirts and other old clothes into new textile size, which can be used to produce new clothes.

The factory is located in the AkzoNobel (AKZO NOBEL) plant of Kristinehamn, Sweden, and is expected to be in the first quarter of 2017.

Re:newcell AB, a new technology developed in Stockholm's laboratory, can pform waste textiles into new pulp - dissolving wood pulp (currently obtained mainly from trees).

Dissolving pulp is mainly used to produce high quality environmental protection textile fibers such as Viscose (viscose fiber) or Lyocell (soluble fiber).

At present, the global demand for textiles is 90 million tons per year.

Nordic pulp manufacturers have made breakthroughs in the research and development of wood pulp textile fibers, after which manufacturers developed an environmentally friendly production method that made white wood and pine trees into garments and sofa fabrics.

The company began to develop this technology in 2012, and now the whole process is basically mature. At present, it is investing 8 million euros to build a production line.

Now the new spindle has reached 25000 turns per minute.
